Content Requirements

Original Research abstracts should clearly state:

• Background
• Aims
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusion

Case Study / Series Abstracts (free-form) should include:

• Presenting history
• Brachytherapy technique
• Applicator type
• Planning and optimisation methods
• Final dosimetry
• Clinical outcomes (if available)
• Clinical reasoning, challenges, and learnings

Formatting Notes

• Use only standard abbreviations; define unusual terms at first use.
• Use generic drug names only.
• No commercial or promotional content allowed.
• Do not include any identifiable patient information

Submission Confirmation & Acceptance

• All abstract submissions will receive an email confirmation.
• Abstract acceptance or rejection notifications will be emailed by 20th October 2025.

Abstract Selection Criteria
Submissions will be reviewed based on:

• Scientific rigor
• Clarity and structure
• Innovation and significance
• Relevance and educational value
• Presentation quality

The Conference Committee reserves the right to:   

• Accept or reject submissions
• Offer a different presentation type (oral/poster)
• Reassign category if necessary
